1. Requirements for recycling enterprises.

1. Waste battery recycling enterprises shall establish and operate the management system according to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 and other standards.

2. waste battery recycling enterprises should establish labor protection, fire safety responsibility management system and environmental protection management system.

3. Waste battery recycling enterprises should establish safety accidents and environmental pollution prevention mechanism, and formulate the emergency plan system for dealing with safety accidents and environmental pollution accidents.

4. Waste battery recycling enterprises shall establish a waste battery recycling information management system, record the category name, characteristics, recovery time, quantity (weight), source flow and transaction of each batch of waste batteries, report statistical information and save the relevant information for at least two years.

2. Requirements for scrap collection (including transport).

Each battery manufacturer shall apply the company's special process for the disposal of waste batteries, and dispose of waste batteries and raw materials respectively, and set up special collection points to standardize the management.

1. The collection of waste batteries should be carried out according to the relevant provisions in the national waste battery recycling management standards.

2. It is forbidden to remove the original code, nameplate labels and signs of the battery during the collection process.

3. Storage requirements.

1. The temporary storage site shall have an independent centralized site and sufficient storage space, and the stock shall not exceed 10t.

2. The centralized storage site shall be located in the urban industrial plots and conform to the local environmental protection and regional development plan. The construction projects of the new centralized storage site shall pass the environmental impact assessment. The storage scale should match the capacity of the storage site, and the area of the storage site should not be less than 500m2. The storage time of waste batteries should not exceed 1 year.

3. the temporary storage site and centralized storage site should have the function of rain prevention, flood control and ground hardening, leakage prevention, pollution control should meet the relevant requirements of general industrial solid waste storage and landfill pollution control standards.

4. The storage site shall set up fire safety facilities according to the requirements, set up fire safety and warning signs according to the requirements, and clean up the used batteries regularly.

4. Emergency case handling

1.  If the battery leaks and the electrolyte enter the eyes, please do not rub, rinse the eyes with water, and please go to the hospital immediately for treatment, if necessary, otherwise it will harm the eyes.

2.  If the battery has a fire, please keep away the fire battery and other batteries, start the fire extinguishing device and alarm.
